Up 620am: I had an anxiety dream that I was stranded late at night at a factory (?) or a workplace along Rt. 55 south of Springfield. I was trying to make it home. Bright & sunny with temps to about 90 degrees.

Watered the flowers {Probably the last time for a while since rain is back in the forecast}

***Buddy was sick in the hallway before I fed him at 230am. He seems OK at breakfast. 

Watched 'TELL THEM YOU LOVE ME' (Netflix). "Labels are for jars, not people"... A female psychologist works with a severely disabled man and over a period of time falls in love with him. Is she actually communicating with him, or is she merely talking to herself? 'FC'- Facilitated Communication- a helper assists a non-verbal person in the use of a keyboard device. The use of FC has been rejected by several psychological associations, but some institutions still feel that it has value for some non-verbal people. This was a fascinating documentary! 

More 'UNTOLD: Swamp Kings' (Netflix). I shut it down 18 minutes into the final episode- 27" remain. 

1145am: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to call the library {Took less than a minute and I'm good till July, 31 2026}, do the weights, and hit Esporta.

1245pm:  To Esporta...45"Precor,  45"Treadmill,  30"Cross,  30"Recumbent Bike,  30"Precor; watched 'BLACK MASS' (Amazon Prime)- It's a star-studded profile of South Boston's infamous mobster, James 'Whitey' Bulger; with                 more of ATELL & FIDANCE on 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK'; an episode of 'COLD CASE FILES' (Amazon Prime)- A young woman from Altoona, PA with three children goes missing.  Thirteen years later her ex father in law is convicted of 3rd degree murder.

Stopped at Green for a car wash. 

Reading 'THE QUIET GAME'

545pm:  In the tub with 'THE QUIET GAME' and listening to FLOCK Playlist; Early J. GEILS BAND Playlist. 

Finished 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK' and began THEO VON with KSI.

Began 'THE STRANGER' (Netflix). I have seen this series before, but I'm running out of new stuff. I shut it down 8 minutes into episode #2 and I think I remember reading the book by Harlan Coben. Filmed near Manchester, England.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
