Watched 'TUESDAY AFTER CHRISTMAS' (Hoopla). The film is a realistic portrait of a man trapped in emotional confusion as he opens up to his wife about his affair with another woman. It's a deadly accurate profile because it shows how daily life just goes on. The high drama of telling his wife about the affair is only one element in his complicated, yet ordinary life. Although the breakup marks a monumental change, it is overshadowed by everyday events. His daughter is getting braces (his lover is the orthodontist), it's Christmas time, and through all of this, he must continue normal relations with the people in his life even though his life has forever changed. This is probably the most accurate depiction of the death of a relationship that I've ever seen. It seems absolutely authentic and I loved the film. 8 wins & 16 nominations. "81" Metascore and I would boost it to "90". Set in southeastern Romania.

Finished 'TOKYO SYNDICATE' (Netflix). Harrison survives! It's wide open for a second season and they could even have Harrison reform a land swindling operation in a different city or even a different country.  

*I called the credit union and learned that the change in debit card transactions only applies to online buying. It's a good idea because now when you buy online they will call to make sure that it's not a false purchase. 

*I called Dax's office and spoke to Emily about the email that I got from Ameriprise {Total View Service}. It only applies if you have all of your banking accounts available to your Ameriprise rep. I only have Ameriprise accounts, so it doesn't apply. 

I got two things off the list and I promise to start on the passport hassle.....soon, and 'Your Savings Account' sooner.  

Began 'BRIGANDS: The Quest For Gold' (Netflix). In 1860 during 'Expedition of the Thousand' (Giuseppe Garibaldi) the Italians stole a bank full of gold from Palermo, Sicily. Sicilian patriots are trying to steal it back. 

12pm: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights, hit Esporta, and then buy more vitamins on the way home.

Thought provoking, but isn't world government better than world control by corporations? At least citizens would have a vote; more of 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK'.

More 'BRIGANDS: The Quest For Gold' (Netflix). I shut it down 14 minutes into episode #3. "The hidden X' marks where the gold is stashed and the 'gypsy queen' burns the map, but memorizes it before it is destroyed.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
