Up 540am: Cloudy and random sprinkles predicted for this afternoon with temps in the lower 70's.

*I sliced some weeds in the front lawn with the grass whip. It made a discernible difference.  

Watched 'TERMINATOR 2: Judgement Day' (Netflix). Two terminators are sent to Los Angeles from the future. One is to protect a future rebel leader and prevent nuclear annihilation and the other terminator is sent to stop this plan. The storyline is only to the level of a comic book, but the action is non-stop; with Arnold Schwarzenegger, Linda Hamilton, Edward Furlong (he wears a PUBLIC ENEMY tee shirt in every scene), Robert Patrick (as the 'bad' terminator), and Joe Morton. Directed by James Cameron. Won 4 Oscars; 39 wins & 33  nominations. "75" Metascore and that's about where I'd rate it. 

More of 'HITLER'S CIRCLE OF EVIL' (Netflix). I finished episode #8 and only two remain. Hitler refused to place Germany under a 'total war economy' because he felt that if not given access to a wide array of goods and services the people would turn against National Socialism.  People forget that Hitler's economy in the late 1930's and early 40's was one of the best on the planet. Full employment and low inflation made Germany the place to be. In 1943 it was clear that all factories should have been producing goods and services exclusively for the war effort, but by this time Hitler was losing the war and it was too late to revamp the economy. However, this allowed them to begin the holocaust in earnest. Jews, homosexuals, and political dissidents were violently pressed into the war effort and were treated and abused as free and expendable labor.  

Wrote the Chat and just as I mailed it I noticed that Janny and Joe were at the fairgrounds this morning and wanted to know if I would like to attend.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
