Watched 'BARNEY'S VERSION' (Amazon Prime). A lurid & comedic profile of a man with a huge 'lust for life' who crashes and burns through three marriages and never abandons his fiercely romantic vision. It's a little melodramatic, but passionate and affecting; with Paul Giamatti, Rosamund Pike, Jake Hoffman, and Dustin Hoffman. From a novel by Jewish Canadian author Mordecai Richler. Nominated for 1 Oscar; 18 wins & 19 nominations. "67" Metascore and I would have rated it a bit higher.

'The Globe and Mail': "A feisty domestic comedy about a curmudgeon with a heart, looking back over his misspent life." 

More of 'UNAUTHORIZED LIVING' (Netflix). I shut it down 13 minutes into episode #4. 'WRONG SIDE OF THE TRACKS' is the Spanish series that also stars the actor that's playing 'Nemo'. 

1220pm: The plan is to mow the lawn and then a walk or the treadmill later this afternoon.

***Nicely baked...50 mg is a nice jumping off point although I should try to take the second half closer to an hour because this time it didn't add much of a punch.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
