Watched 'THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON' (Hoopla- leaving in September). This is what I wrote in this week's Chat: 

"I just finished watching 'THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON' on Hoopla. I did all two hours and 46 minutes of it in one fell swoop and as Roger Ebert once said, "No good movie is too long and no bad movie is short enough". The film is leaving Hoopla later this month and I'm sure glad I rewatched it. I know that I'd seen it before, but it was well worth a second look. It's a sweet film with an uplifting message and the cast and special effects are nearly flawless."  

***10am: I noticed that the water pressure had dropped at the kitchen sink. I guess the firetruck was down the street and within minutes 'Engine #7' was in front of 940 and 'drained' the fireplug in my front yard. 

1140am: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then hit Esporta. Planet Fitness is closed on Wabash this weekend and when I finish at Esporta I'll go across the street to the Supplement Superstore and get more vitamins. 

Weights: 3 sets/ 15 reps.

1235pm:  To Esporta...45"Precor,  45"Treadmill,  30"Cross,  30"Recumbent Bike,  30"Precor;  watched 2 episodes of  'WORST EX EVER' (Netflix)- 1) A man tortured & raped multiple women and police were oblivious to it; 2) A police snitch sets up his ex. Police are oblivious; finished POST MALONE on THEO VON; began IAN FIDANCE on 'ARE YOU GARBAGE?'.

***Got an email from Janny and I'm going to meet them at the local ball field (Owen Marsh off of Parkview) on Wednesday evening. They're going to pick me up at 530pm and I'm assuming that it's Jamie's kids that will be playing.

Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
