Up 550am: A sunny day with temps to 90. The humidity seemed low and I never turned on the AC. Pleasantly warm.

Watched 'BOXER' (Netflix). It's not an ode to pugilistic glory by a long shot, but more about identifying the important people in your life and how not to lose them. A rookie Polish fighter finds the love of his life and as his career advances, his wife realizes that it's all been a dream of his and not theirs. In the end, he loses everything, but becomes a good divorced father and manages a boxing gym for young kids. More than a bit corny, but still worth a look even though it's probably an hour too long. 

More 'WOMEN OF THE NIGHT' (Netflix). I shut it down 29 minutes into episode #6. An interesting take of 'human trafficking'. For some of the top escorts, prostitution is a choice and  not anything negative and maybe just a lucrative means to an end.   

12pm: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do a full treadmill workout. The right ankle seems 95% better, and I'm going to see how it holds up. If there are any problems, I'll hit Planet Fitness.

1235pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; TUESDAYS WITH STORIES.

545pm: In the tub with 'THE LACUNA' and listening to JOHN MAYALL Playlist;  WHO- 'Live @ Hull'. 

***I plugged in the new Walla Speaker on the downstairs PC. It only charges  when the PC is 'On'? Why? Maybe I'll leave the charge cord for the waterpik on the downstairs PC and leave the speaker to charge upstairs.

Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
