Up 620am: A heavy shower late this morning, then partly sunny with temps to upper 70's. 

Watched 'THE RUTHLESS' (Netflix). A profile of a Milanese mobster from his teenage years as a thug in the 70's until the early 2000's when he testified against the mafia and entered witness protection. Milan is in the far northern part of Italy and the 'hero' is from Calabria which is in the far south. He's seen as kind of a hick and he sees them as foolish and arrogant. A solid gangster picture, but no new ground is broken.

More 'YELLOWJACKETS' (Netflix). I shut it down 30 minutes into episode #3. The intrigue is building, but very slowly. I hope it's worth the wait, but Chistina Ricci and Juliette Lewis are great. 

1145am: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then head to Esporta. Tomorrow is Bo's birthday party and I want to get on the treadmill right after I get up.

Lots of moral dilemmas with a star-studded cast;  with Russell Crowe, Christian Bale, Ben Foster, and Peter Fonda. Nominated for 2 Oscars; 3 wins & 32 nominations. "76" Metascore and I would have rated it slightly lower, but it still is a stellar cowboy flick; began SHAWN RYAN on J.R.E;  watched a 'COLD CASE FILES' (Netflix)- A retired manager of an off track betting parlor in Queens goes missing. He was murdered by a sub contractor who was working on his investment properties.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
