Up 6am: A mix of sun & clouds and much warmer with temps almost to 90. {It didn't feel that hot at all...a pleasant Indian Summer day}.

Watched 'JCVD' (1st time on Plex). Too many commercials on Plex. Many for Disneyland and at about 40 minutes I had to 'restart' because I couldn't 'escape' from a Disney ad.  While visiting his hometown, action film star Jean-Claude Van Damme goes into a post office and becomes involved in an evolving hostage situation. The gag is that a 'movie star' is acting 'larger than life'. The movie was a dud, so I decided  to watch something else.  

Watched 'CHOPPER' (Amazon Prime). A screwball Faux-Documentary about an infamous (fictional) Australian gangster, Mark 'Chopper' Read. This man 'never lets the truth get in the way of a good yarn' and he is not just a harmless lout, but a stone cold killer. From CHICAGO READER: The connection between his boasting about killing and killing so he can boast about it -- is made beautifully insidious."

More 'THE ACCIDENT' (Netflix). I shut it down 11 minutes into episode #8. 

1205pm: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then walk in Washington Park.

540pm: In the tub with 'GONE TO SOLDIERS' and listening to JETHRO TULL Early Playlist; SYSTEM OF A DOWN Playlist.

Finished 'Bobby's Birthday' on 'BAD FRIENDS' and began THEO VON with teamsters president.

More of 'THE ACCIDENT' (Netflix). I finished episode #9 and I'll finish the series after tomorrow's Morning Movie.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
