***I ordered more gummies from VIIA. I couldn't get the credit cards to work on the 200 mg gummies, but got through on 100 mg.  I am not happy, but at least I'll have some that are stronger than offered in the local pot shops.

Watched 'JUSTICE' (Netflix). A superb Police Procedural about a bloody bank robbery where three women were murdered for now real reason. A former detective is brought back to solve the case and he does it like a sly fox. The genre has been done to death, but this was a cut above.  

Watched '500 DAYS OF ESCOBAR' (Netflix).  I learned next to nothing except that if you were a friend or family member to Pablo Escobar you had a big chance of being kidnapped or murdered. And the same held true for the authorities. Their friends and family were fair game as well. It seems like there is no neutrality in a country without a fair and equal justice system. 

1215pm: PC is 'Off' and preparing for a session on the treadmill. One third of a 200 mg is a perfect dose.

1245pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; 'THE CHURCH OF WHAT'S HAPPENING- 'Death Stars'; 'Ralphy May'.

More 'KING OF STONKS' (Netflix). I shut it down 12 minutes into episode #5. I should be able to finish this tomorrow morning.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
