Watched 'TOKUNBO' (Netflix).  In order to get money to pay for his baby son's operation a man must kidnap the daughter of the newly appointed head of the Nigerian Central Bank. For a Nollywood film, it was beautifully shot, but the storyline was far from compelling- still worth a look. Filmed near Lagos, Nigeria. {The driver's 'Pay-Off' is $30,000,000 Nigerian Naira which is over $18,000 USD}.

Finished 'MONSIEUR SPADE' (Netflix). I thought that I would finish the series, but there's another hour so I'll end it tonight. 

1110am: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then walk in & around Washington Park.

Finished 'MONSIEUR SPADE' (Netflix). An interesting and original take on the Sam Spade series. The screenplay was 'based on characters' and doesn't pretend to be a reinterpretation of the books or short stories of Dashiell Hammett. Clive Owen was perfect as Sam Spade.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
