At 5am I was up and then slept till 715am. and took 2 Benadryl capsules because I'm still sick. The old woman's tree in her front lawn is an explosion of yellow whereas my gumball tree is only beginning to change color...'The Shake' is powerful!

'Mr Fixit- Mobile Mechanic' was at the house across the street. The 30 year old economy car is giving them trouble so they called a 'shade tree' mechanic. 

Watched 'A SACRIFICE' (Netflix). It's about a German 'Suicide Cult' and how they 'target' a  teenage girl visiting her father. Strange and could have been so much better, yet an intriguing premise; with Eric Bana. "44" Metascore and I would put it "68" , a solid 'C-Minus'. From 'Variety':

"The result is a movie that ultimately falls short on both suspense and ideas, though it remains watchable enough."

Finished 'BILLIONAIRE ISLAND' (Netflix). It's a hostile takeover of a family 'fish farm' and how it affects the owners, the buyers, and the workers. There will be a season #2, but not till September of 2025. 

12pm: I had planned to go to Planet Fitness, but I think I'll just hit the treadmill again today. I will have to get more cold medication after the walk on the treadmill. 

1220pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; TUESDAYS WITH STORIES.

145pm- 2pm: To Family Dollar/ Fairhills; 3 cold medications- $33.00.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
