***I successfully cancelled the FitBit subscription. I couldn't get it last night, but this morning was the charm. $79.99 per year is not too bad (if I had kept the device). 

I spent some time organizing 'My List' on Netflix, and then I lost all of the foreign series that I had saved. I deleted a note before I copied it. No big deal and I'll just have to scour the site a little harder the next time that I need a foreign series pick. 

Wrote up 'THE BOYS FROM BILOXI' by John Grisham for the blog. 

Watched 'GO AHEAD, BROTHER' (Netflix). I shut it down 32 minutes into episode #2. 

820am- 1020am: To Hyundai on Stanford.  No wifi (I got wifi after I sat for a while. I wonder why it didn't connect immediately) but I read 'A PEOPLE'S HISTORY OF THE UNITED STATES by HOWARD ZINN on Kindle. It was fifty bucks to install the new ignition fob and the total bill was $291- (fob installation/ fob electronics/ oil change). When they were done I couldn't find the car. It was in the front parking lot and the clerk had pointed to the side of the store. Down the street to Casey's for a fillup: $25. I stopped at Schnucks for Hamns & soda and I saw Joe and Janny at the self checkout lane. They said that they might just have Thanksgiving at their house with just me. The kids are at the in-laws. 

More of 'GO AHEAD, BROTHER' (Netflix). I shut it down 47 minutes into episode #3. The best series that I've seen in weeks.

More 'GO AHEAD, BROTHER' (Netflix). I shut it down 7 minutes into episode #5. Filmed in Ostroleka and Lodz, Poland. Lodz is in the central part of the country and Ostroleka is about 155 miles northeast of Lodz.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am.
