Watch 'THE SISTERS BROTHERS' (Netflix). Not really a comedy, but a very subtle satire on a large slice of the Cowboy Film genre. In the vast majority of 'Wild West' dramas, cowboys are not portrayed as overly sensitive and never as precise in their choice of words as these guys. It's 1851 in northern California and the 'Sisters Brothers' are gunfighters and are in the employ of  'The Commodore'. Their mission is to track down an Indian man who seems to have discovered a secret chemical that allows for a simple means to pan for gold. Violent and deadly mayhem follow, but 'The Brothers' make it home in the end; with John C. Reilly, Joaquin Phoenix, Jake Gyllenhaal, Carol Kane, and Rutger Hauer as 'The Commodore'. 13 wins & 22 nominations. "78" Metascore and that's about where I'd put it. . 

***925am: An Xfinity truck near the street light and he put a ladder to the telephone pole in back between the house next door and the house beside him up the street. Messing with the lines always makes me anxious. The Amazon Prime Music kicked off for a second and it might not have had anything to do with the guy on the pole because I didn't lose connectivity...anxiety.

Watched 'DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE' (Netflix). A preteen boy is raised in virtual, yet very opulent seclusion. The boy is unaware that his father is a violent and powerful drug cartel boss and the film is about their growing relationship. It's a very stylish film and I plan to finish it at Esporta even though it is a Mexican film in Spanish. I shut it down 46 minutes into the film. 

1115am: Called to cancel MetLife Dental insurance for 2025. It only took ten minutes and most of the time was spent trying to find the insurance card in my wallet. 

1130am: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then visit Esporta for the afternoon.

***When I got to Kenyon on the way to Esporta I noticed the guy from Xfinity walking down the 'access' with his ladder. I had just gotten a text saying that the service was 'down' and it would be back soon. I don't think I lost the internet at all, and it was working fine when I got back several hours later. 

***I came on to the 50 mg gummy just as I got on the Precor machine and it was slightly more than freaky for about an hour. I think I should try to up the dosage to maybe 75 mg.

1225pm: To Esporta...45"Precor,  45"Treadmill {only to 3.6 pace because I was very high},  30"Cross, 30"Recumbent Bike,  30"Precor; more of 'DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE' (Netflix)- An interesting idea {boy is clueless about what dad does for a living}, but the execution was only 'average'; watched documentary 'BUY NOW: The Shopping Conspiracy' (Netflix)- I didn't realize how many products are engineered to work for less time ('Built In Obsolescence'). Phones were made slimmer to force people to buy WiFi earbuds and these are made so that batteries cannot be changed. You have to buy a new pair; finished STAVVY on THEO VON. 

Read more of 'A HISTORY OF SEVEN KILLINGS', but I can't get into it. It's all in ghetto dialogue and very hard to follow for such a little return. It's time for something else.

540pm: In the tub to begin 'THE PARSIFAL MOSAIC by ROBERT LUDLUM and listening MILES DAVIS- 'Early Playlist; LES CLAYPOOL- 'The Claypool Lennon Delirium'; MILES DAVIS- 'The Man With The Horn'; LED ZEPPELIN- 'In Through The Out Door'.

Finished MATTEO LAND on 'Whiskey Ginger' and began Rick Beato's interview with Rick Wakeman.

More 'SANCTUARY' (Netflix). I finished episode #6 and only an hour and a half remain and I hope to finish the series after tomorrow's Morning Movie.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am.
