Up 6am: Cloudy and drizzle & light rain beginning this afternoon with temps to low 40's. 

915am: Called back to the dentist to confirm the appointment on Tuesday, 12/3 at 1pm: Cleaning. 

Watched 'SPIONE' (Kanopy) {'The Spy'}. A fairly routine biopic about a Swedish actress, Sonja Wigert, who became a double agent working for the Allies and Nazis during the early years of WWII. In the final credits it is revealed that Wigert was always seen as a Nazi collaborator until she was exonerated in 2005 and this part of her life might have made a better film. The film didn't rate a Metascore, but I'd give it about a "71". 

Watched 'PHANTOM PARROT' (Kanopy). It's a documentary about Britain's 2000Terrorism Act (curious that this law preceded 9/11) which allows police to ask for passwords to all of your electronic devices during a police stop.  If you refuse you are automatically guilty and could be imprisoned for up to 90 days. And police agencies in all 50 US states and all of Britain use commercial data retrieval firms to extract information from devices even if the data would not be legal to use in a court. The British government is obviously storing this data and that's pretty scary since America's Patriot Act probably is just as invasive.  

1220pm: PC is 'Off' and preparing to walk on the treadmill. I'm going to try for a 'normal' session.

1245pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT;  I can't remember.  75 mg is a trip. 

***ZONKED & RIPPED ALL DAY; 75 mg is fun, but 'buckle up' ....I couldn't do the weights & I could barely stand.  Tried to read 'How To Talk Dirty...' by LENNY BRUCE, but mostly zoning out and hallucinating (eyes closed) and deep into the music.  

435pm: TWO MILES AT 3.7 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; A guy & gal take 'gas station' mushrooms and freak out. They can't believe something so strongly psychedelic can be sold without any warnings. 

540pm: In the tub with 'THE PARSIFAL MOSAIC' and listening to YES Playlist;  NOEL REDDING- 'The Experience Sessions'.

I got a 'full screen reminder' (?) that Windows would not be servicing Windows 10 much longer and this was a way to backup Windows 10 material. Then, I noticed another request for 'Update'. {It took less than a minute}

Finished 'We Tried Gas Station Mushrooms' YouTube video.

More 'THE EMPRESS' (Netflix).  I shut it down 8 minutes into episode #5.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am.
