Watched 'CASSANDRA'S DREAM' (Amazon Prime). A tale of two brothers who commit a murder for their uncle and end up in their own persoonal 'murder/suicide' pact; Colin Farrell, Ewan McGregor, Sally Hawkins, Tom Wilkinson. "49" Metascore and I would say "78". Directed by Woody Allen. 

Began 'HOUND'S HILL' (Netflix).  Shut it down 52 minutes into episode #2. Odd & Arty Murder Mystery/ Family Drama.  Set in Zybork, Poland.

1225pm: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to walk on the treadmill.

1pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; WE MIGHT BE DRUNK with a comedian.

Finished 'UNDER FIRE' (Netflix) and then more of 'HOUND'S HILL' (Netflix). I shut it down 14 minutes into episode #3. Melodramatic to a fault and old mysteries are bubbling up.

Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
