Up 640am: Cloudy, breezy and snow showers early with temps to low 40's. When I got up there was a light dusting of snow on the roofs and lawns.

Weekly Cleaning

I noticed that another house is for sale on Westview. It's listed for $175,000 and the online real estate photos include stacks of laundry and generalized clutter. Also, areas of unpainted wallboard show the start of a fairly comprehensive renovation and the ad says that the home is priced 'as is'. This house was on the market when I bought 940 and I think it was the house with the indoor hot tub.  

Finished 'JUST ONE LOOK' (Netflix).  All the loose ends are tied and a very complicated series ends on an ironic note. The heroine who was looking for her missing husband was the one who took the photograph of the band that started the whole thing. This was a decent rendition of a Harlan Coben novel. According to Wikipedia Coben has had twelve serialised novels for Netflix and only one of them is set in the US. 

Watched 'UNDER THE CRYSTAL SKY' (Plex- 1 hr 6"). A black and white tale of an Indian family in the Southwest in 1870. They see an alien landing (?) crash, the daughter recovers a softball sized object and she kills a white man with a spear after her father is murdered. It didn't make much sense and was not nearly worth the effort.

1pm: The PC is 'Off' and will do the treadmill as it is very raw & blustery on the street.

Began 'OMNISCIENT' (Netflix).  A tale of a not so distant future in which citizens are always Safe & Secure. In every city a personal drone follows and records your every move and only AI can see the replay so your privacy is protected. The heroine's father is shot and killed and his murder was not witnessed. Is the system failing? I'm in for this interesting and thoughtful Brazilian series. I shut it down 31 minutes into episode #2.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
