Up 710am: {Well Rested}. Periods of rain, breezy and temps to upper 50's. [No rain whatsoever]

Finished 'HORIZON' (Netflix). The film was not as 'bland & predictable' as I thought it would be. However, it was obviously a project that was meant to be a series and the film only feels like a fragment of the whole. Lots of interesting characters and situations, but it was spread a little too thin and seemed half-baked. 

Finished 'SNOW GIRL' (Netflix). The ending was less than satisfying, but left it wide open for another season. Miren goes missing after being stabbed by Nacho on the beach. The last scene shows a SWAT team enter a hidden room with many shelves of files connected to 'The Slide'. This group kidnaps people, forces them to perform violent sex acts and then sells the footage. 

Noon: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then visit Planet Fitness. After the workout I'll stop at Schnucks for apples and soda.

1250pm: To Planet Fitness...45"Cross,  45"Treadmill,  15" Recumbent Bike,  30" Treadmill,  15" Cross;  watched 'GOLD & GREED' (Netflix)- Forrest Fenn hides a few million dollars worth of gold & gems. Thousands of desperate people analyzed the clues headed to the Rocky Mountains...TWO HOURS AND 30 MINUTES. 

Schnucks: $15 soda & apples. The first bag rang up $10 and I grabbed a five buck bag.

Reading 'SS GB'

545pm: In the tub with 'SS GB' and listening to VAN MORRISON- 'Moon Dance'/ 'Astral Weeks'/ 'Wavelength'; BEATLES- 'Revolver'/ 'Rubber Soul'.

Began 'NIGHTMARES AND DAYDREAMS (Netflix)- A taxi driver delivers his senile mom to a nursing home that has 'demons' who are able to transfer the youth of the adult children to make the elderly younger. Hokey & Bloody, but that's the nature of Indonesian films.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
