Watched 'LESSON PLAN' (Netflix). Some of the most unconvincing martial arts scenes that I've ever seen in a film, although the idea of a gang 'running' a high school is somewhat unique. The premise is that Fentanyl was fabricated in the high school lab (the principal was a gang leader) and a cop posing as a history teacher uncovers the clandestine drug operation. More than a little corny, yet an oddly appealing rap soundtrack. 'One Thumb Up'.

1015am: Springfield Clinic called. The nurse listed a whole bunch of things that were found in the MRI, but nothing substantial. Except, microscopic blood in urine and this is the reason for the cystoscopy. I told her that I was seeing Martinek on Monday, but she wants me to schedule the procedure because it will be a few months in the future. I should expect a 'set up' call in the next week or so.  QUESTION FOR MARTINEK: Why did I have the cystoscopy a few years ago? How is this time different?

Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
