Up 545am: {Restless night}.  Windy with a mix of sun & clouds and temps to about 60.

Watched 'JUSTICE' (Netflix). I had seen this before and gave it 'two thumbs up' and it's a solid Police Procedural and although not excellent, it was well worth a second viewing. A Polish police detective who was kicked off the force after the fall of Communism is brought back to solve a bank robbery. Three innocent women were brutally executed during the robbery because they came to the bank early to have an office birthday party. The cagey detective is able to sift through the evidence, identify the crew and close the case.  

Watched 'TALK TO ME' (Netflix). Another one that I'd seen before, however this was barely worth a second viewing. It's pretty much a standard 'Teen Scream' genre film without a single fresh idea or insight. It concerns a group of Australian high school students who find a 'hand' that is supposed to have belonged to a necromancer. The kids treat it as a game until the spirit world overpowers them...or something. I'd give it '1/2 thumb up' at the most.

I called Tony and the parts are still not in. I'm 'first in line' when they arrive. It's been two weeks!

1130am: PC is 'Off' and will do the weights and then hit Esporta for the workout.

It's an interesting premise, yet horribly mishandled. A terrible film; with Angelina Jolie, Edward Burns, Tony Shalhoub. "31" Metascore and only one review higher than "50". It was the worst film that I've seen in a while, and that's saying something; more KEVIN BACON on TOM PAPA;  watched an episode of 'HOLLYWOOD & CRIME' (Amazon Prime)- Filmmaker from Edmonton CA makes a horror film to cover up the fact that he murdered a man 'just to see him die'. Silly, yet true.

More 'SIGNS' (Netflix). I shut it down 43 minutes into episode #2. Confusing & compelling.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am.
