Weekly Cleaning

Watched 'THE DIPLOMAT' (Netflix). An Indian woman is tricked into going to Pakistan with her fiance. Although he did marry her, he was basically a 'white slaver' and later she sought sanctuary at the Indian embassy in Islamabad. It became an international incident and her husband's defense was that 'they were married and she was his property'. His family resorted to violence to get her back. Her dowry was one million Indian rupees and that's about $11,600 usd. Although this was an Indian film, it was more 'Drama' than 'Bollywood'.  

More 'IF I HADN'T MET YOU' (Netflix). I shut it down 23 minutes into episode #7. No wonder he wishes he never met her. Each of his timelines seem like a different variation of a living hell. This crackles with good ideas and although this is a superior series it could be reworked into something truly exceptional.

1115am: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to walk Washington Park (maybe another 25 mg?) and then hit the driveway with caulking. Late this afternoon I'll mow the lawn.{Didn't Happen}
