Up 620am: {1st time that I've slept through the night in several days}. Partly cloudy with temps to about 80.

Watched 'THE GOOD BOSS' (Kanopy). A light & clever Spanish satire about the day to day life of the CEO of a company that makes scales. He claims that 'We're all family', and this means that he has the right to pry into the personal affairs of his employees; with Javier Bardem. Filmed in Madrid. 

Finished Season #2 of 'HOW TO SELL DRUGS ONLINE (Fast)' (Netflix). I made a note to return to this sometime in the future. It's not great, but well worth a look at Season #3.

***I feel paralysed from a Mucinex this morning and a Benadryl  around 11am. I had planned to visit Planet Fitness, but I don't feel up to it. 

1250pm: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to walk on the treadmill. 

120pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; watched Netflix documentary 'BRITAIN & THE BLITZ'. It was a 'colorized' version of black & white footage (1hr 15"). 

Reading 'THE JUDGE'S LIST' and wiped out from the pills and I'll skip the second session on the treadmill. 

545pm: In the tub with 'THE JUDGES LIST' and listening to MILES DAVIS Playlist; KING CRIMSON- 'Red Expanded.

***I felt so sick I didn't even smoke a bowl before I began the film. My stomach is upset because of the phlegm that's running down my throat. I hope to feel better after I've eaten, but not not a bit hungry. Tomorrow I will have been sick for a whole week. If this doesn't break in the next couple of days I'll have to see a doctor. 

Began 'AN!ELA' (Netflix). A rich Polish woman loses her social position and must live among 'The People'. I shut it down 6 minutes into episode #3.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
