Up 650am. {Diarrhea at 130am and took another antihistamine. No laxative tonight] . Bright & sunny with temps to about 80.  

I am still very congested and sick, but an 'edible' makes it bearable. 

Watched 'DEN OF THIEVES 2: Pantera' (Netflix). This time they steal a priceless diamond in Antwerp and then they must steal it back from a super-secure facility. A quality heist film and a nifty chase along the coast of France- extreme machine gun fire was exchanged; with Gerard Butler, O'Shea Jackson Jr. (son of ICE CUBE). It got a "60" Metascore and I would put it at "82". From The New York Times: "Den of Thieves 2: Pantera isn’t groundbreaking, but it delivers what it promises: lovable scoundrels trading bullets and traversing borders."

Watched 'THE MAN WHO KNEW TOO MUCH' (Netflix). James Stewart and Doris Day in a very corny film noir. They witness a murder in Marrakech and the bad guys hold their son hostage.  Features the horribly corny ballad, '"Que Sera, Sera" and it was first heard and written for this movie..."Gee, Dad"! Shucks & Golly".

***I feel exhausted and wiped out. The antihistamines are keeping most of the cold symptoms at bay, but I'm knackered. 

130pm: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to hit the treadmill.

210pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; TUESDAYS WITH STORIES; more of GRACE O'MALLEY on 'TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF'.

***Oiled treadmill with .05 oz & recommended dose is 1.5 oz.  I'll do it again in 25- 30 hrs. and maybe 'under- oiling' will ensure a positive result.
