Up 620am: {Very restless night}. A mix of sun & clouds with temps close to 90 and a chance of Severe Weather for this afternoon.

I feel slightly better this morning and I can tell that I'm getting through this. I took the antibiotic and a Melinex at 7am and I'll take them again around 7pm. I still haven't had any weed and I guess I'll see what a 'tolerance break' is like.

Watched 'GREEN ZONE' (Netflix). After the fall of Iraq a unit searches in vain for WMD's. Soon it becomes clear that the reasons for the war were based on faulty info and outright lies. A well told story that is very compelling; with Matt Damon, Greg Kinnear. "63" Metascore and I would raise that to "83". From 'Village Voice': "A master of smash-mash montage and choreographed chaos, Greengrass is the best action director working today, adroit at producing the sense of everyone converging and everything happening simultaneously." 

***I had to restart for a Windows Update and it only took a few moments. No discernible difference in performance, as usual. 

Watched 'THE MICK & THE TRICK' (Amazon Prime). A hitman wants out of the game and teams up with a trans hooker. They kill the bad guys (and a few good guys) and get away. It's a very low budget film that's barely to the level of a student film. Shot in Reading, PA. 

Watched an episode of 'COLD CASE FILES- Killer On The Strip' (Amazon Prime). A sex worker in Palm Beach, Florida is raped and murdered by a man posing as an undercover cop. Dull and predictable. 

1pm: PC is 'Off' and will read for a while. I hope to put in some time on the treadmill later. I feel completely wiped out. I can't remember ever feeling this down in years.

415pm: One hour at 3.8 pace; TUESDAYS WITH STORIES. 

540pm: In the tub with ANGELS FLIGHT and listening to LEE MORGAN- 'Cornbread'; MILES DAVIS- 'Bitches Brew'; DEREK & THE DOMINOES.

Began JOSH JOHNSON on 'ARE YOU GARBAGE?'

Resumed 'BLINDSPOT' (Netflix). I finished episode #3.
