***745am: I noticed a prompt for a 'restart'. Only took a few moments, but causes high anxiety when high.  

Watched 'MOTHER' (Amazon Prime). A Korean mother defends her mentally challenged son for the murder of a teenage girl.  She even murders a man in her desperate search for the 'real' killer, yet her son did it. And it's ironic that yet another mentally challenged man was convicted of the murder. A unique tale with an innovative presentation with tons of ambiguity. Was the kid really mentally challenged or was he actually very attuned to reality? Directed by Bong Joon Ho. 44 wins & 47 nominations. "79" Metascore and I would go to "89".

Watched 'BAD TEACHER' (Amazon Prime). A lazy & selfish female high school teacher thinks that movies are the new books and shakes down everyone in sight for a nine thousand dollar boob job. Silly, but lots of chuckles; with Cameron Diaz, Jason Segel, Justin Timberlake, Lucy Punch, Phyllis Smith. "47" Metascore and I would go to "81". At IMDB it says-"FILMING LOCATIONS: Springfield, Illinois (Exterior Shots) and New Salem was a setting, but those could have been cabins anywhere.

Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home.
