 Up 620am: Morning rain didn't happen, then mostly sunny with sweltering heat and humidity with temps to low 90's. A thunderstorm could happen at any moment and tomorrow should be the hottest days of the year....so far. 

 ***Cracked the seal on a new bag 'CITRIS MAC' Sativa. 

 Watched 'THE DOOR' (Hoopla- last pick of the month. Nice, later I noticed that it's offered at Amazon Prime). A rich Hungarian couple hires an old woman in their neighborhood to be their maid. The old woman is very secretive, and oddly competent and wise. The film is not at all corny, and the big reveal is that the old maid wouldn't ever allow visitors because she had a house full of cats. The film is about the strange understanding or friendship between an old woman and the people in her life; with Helen Mirren and Hungarian actors.

 ***1030am: The recliner & ottoman arrived in a 50 lb cardboard box. I watched the driver flip it over and over up the driveway to where the walk meets the drive. I used my red two-wheeler to get it into the house. Now I have two chairs to assemble...."but then I got high, I got high".

 Finished 'SIRENS' (Netflix). PORT HAVEN QUEEN- the ferry boat featured in the final episode operates between Falmouth, Massachusetts and Oak Bluffs on Martha's Vineyard. A truly memorable series and absolutely no need for a season #2.

Started 'THE DECAMERON' (Netflix). The series is set in Firenze, Italy AKA Florence, Italy; 'The Black Death'- 1348. I shut it down 31 minutes into the first episode. Another clever & wry series. I'm on a roll. Rolled out a quick chat @ pictures. It took an excessive amount of time and I'm running behind.

120pm: PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill.

 145pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; BOBBY LEE on TYSO. Weights: 3 sets/ 15 reps Reading 'JITTERBUG PERFUME' 440pm: TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; began a 'WHISKEY GINGER'.

540pm: In the tub with 'JITTERBUG PERFUME' and listening to CHICK COREA Playlist; ELVIS COSTELLO- 'A Boy Named If'; HUMBLE PIE- 'Box Set Vol. 4'.

 More of CASEY ROCKET on 'WHISKEY GINGER'. More 'THE DECAMERON' (Netflix). I finished episode #2. Very witty and British.

Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
