Weekly Cleaning 

Watched 'K.O.' (Netflix). A mixed martial arts fighter accidentally kills a man in the ring. Later, the son of the man he killed becomes marked for death by a Marseilles crime syndicate. The martial arts guy is asked by the boy's mother to save her son. No new ground broken, but lots of hand to hand combat and some of it was even believable. The film stars Ciryl Gane who is a French professional mixed martial artist and former Muay Thai fighter.

Watched 'WICKED LITTLE LETTERS' (Netflix). A very droll & engaging comedy that was wickedly clever rather than laugh out loud funny. A prim, uptight British spinster begins getting obscene letters and claims they are coming from the libertine lady next door. However, it was the uptight old lady who was writing the indecent epistles and posting them to herself. The reason for her antisocial behavior was that she couldn't express her hurt & rage because of her dictatorial father. THEME: Sometimes salacious and lewd speech can be positive because it allows the expression of deeply hidden thoughts and feelings. I loved the movie; Jessie Buckley, Olivia Colman, Timothy Spall."58" Metascore and I would turn that around to "85". The IMDB ratings went from "100" to "20".   

1135am: The PC is 'Off' and I had planned to hit Planet Fitness, but storms are rolling in so it's another afternoon on the treadmill. 

1205pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; watched a couple of 'TIRES' (Netflix); began 'A CHURCH OF WHAT'S HAPPENING'. 

Reading 'THE FOURTH DEADLY SIN'

***I took another 50 mg to see what an evening edible high would be like. A perfect way 'to make a day of it'. I like it!

More 'CHURCH OF WHAT'S HAPPENING NOW'

More 'GANGS OF LONDON' (Netflix). I shut it down 16 minutes into episode #3. A helicopter spraying a country home with thousands of high caliber rounds was truly a cut above. The series must have spent a sizable chunk of money on the stunts and gunfights.
