Watched 'UNTIL DAWN' (Netflix). It's a standard Teen Scream genre film and no new ground was broken. A group of young people are forced to stay the night in a demon filled house. If they survive one night, they are free. But if they can't, they must stay to die again, and again and again...Average looking ghouls chase cute teens through an infinite variety of tunnels and basements. "47" Metascore and I would go to "70". It was based on a video game- big surprise.

Watched 'APOCALYPSE IN THE TROPICS' (Netflix). This was the second horror film of the day and the most real & powerful. The film documents the rise of evangelical Christianity in Brazil. Jesus has abandoned the poor and the needy and now he's taken up with the rich & powerful. The Book of Revelation now means that the worse mankind can make life on Earth, the faster this will bring about Jesus's return. It looks like Brazilians rejected 'god's candidate', but if the country is 30% evangelical, I wonder how long they can keep government and religion separate.

1150am: Waiting for the roof inspector and I think I'll hit Esporta when he leaves. I'm not sure.

12pm- 1250pm The Inspection {He spent most of the time on the roof and marked questionable areas with yellow chalk}:  next step is to call State Farm. Hail damage from May 20, 2025. Enough hail damage to have replaced. We'll see. 730pm: After reading more about the insurance vs. paying out of pocket I'm not so sure that I want them to pay. It's really just normal wear & tear on a 17 year old roof. I must ask the people at State Farm if they could pay me what a replacement cost would be on a roof that was as old as mine is. It feels unethical to ask for the entire cost of a brand new roof.

140pm: To Planet Fitness...45"Cross, 45"Treadmill, 15"Recumbent Bike, 30"Cross; watched 'SUNDAY BEST:  The Untold Story of Ed Sullivan' (Netflix)- Ed as civil rights advocate; more ANDREW SANTINO on 'TYSO'.

More 'DELIRIUM' (Netflix). I shut it down 27 minutes into episode #5. I still don't understand why she left 'King Midas'. Was it just that she lost the baby? Or is she sick of hanging around with Columbian crooks like her father and her husband?
