Watched 'PEPPERMINT CANDY' (Netflix). The film begins with an inebriated man in a suit crashing a party of people having a picnic by a river beneath a railroad bridge. Later, the man is on the bridge and he stands in front of a train and is run over. The movie then flashes back to incidents in his life that led him to the bridge. This is the kind of film that would require another viewing, although once is all the effort I will expend.  I'll watch a six minute YouTube explanation of the film later. {After the video I realized that I had hit the high points} 

950am: The PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill. First I'll grind more weed and set the rice cooker so that I can turn it on so the rice will be ready when I finish the walk. I have to leave by 1230pm for the visit to Red Oak at 1pm.

1010am:  FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; finished MARC MARON on 'BAD FRIENDS' and began TUESDAYS WITH STORIES'; 6" YouTube on 'PEPPERMINT CANDY'.

Weights: 3 sets/ 15 reps

1240pm:  To Red Oak; 105pm- 345pm; talked on chairs in the garage. I gave them the five pound bag of peanuts.

Weekly Cleaning & I tried to add 'uBlock Origin' to the upstairs PC, but it said I already have it. I rejected all ads at Accuweather and it makes the site watchable. This feature is not available at The Weather Channel. I had planned to try a visit to Pleasant Plains in the morning, but constipated so I think I'll hit it later. Watched 'CHIEF OF STATION' (Netflix). A former CIA Station Chief's wife is killed in an 'accidental' explosion and then accused of being a double agent. Hubby goes rogue to find his wife's killers.
