 We 8/6/25- Gummy

645am {I took 1/2 of 'DIET SMOKE' 125 mg gummy}. 730am (1-LB: Citrus Mac). 810am (3 hits-B: LA Runtz). 940am (4 hits-B: LA Runtz). 1245pm (1-LB: Citrus Mac). 140pm (3 hits-B: LA Runtz). 430pm (3 hits- B: LA Runtz). 535pm (1-LB: LA Runtz). 825pm (2-LB: Citrus Mac).

Up 615am: A mix of sun & clouds with temps almost to 90 and the humidity is rising. Windows shut & AC is  'On'.

645am:  To the County Market/ Fairhills for apples and Zero Mountain Dew.

Watched 'THE WOLF OF WALL STREET' (Hoopla- leaving soon). Based on the memoir of Jordan Belfort, the main character and narrator of the film. It's an over the top treatment of the predatory nature of Wall Street and loaded with wild and edgy scenes worthy of Hieronymus Bosch. At three hours it's a little long, but this is the kind of film that's worth multiple viewings; with Leonardo DiCaprio, Johan Hill, Margot Robbie, Matthew McConaughey, Kyle Chandler (BLOODLINE), Rob Reiner."75" Metascore yet most of the reviews were higher and I would go to at least "87".

1130am: The PC is 'Off' and all options are open; Esporta, Washington Park, Treadmill. Indecision...

12pm- 130pm:  Washington Park...Parkview, Wash.Pk southside, Wiggins, Ash, Dial, Douglas, Wash.Pk across panhandle, Wash.Pk northside, up the hill, Parkview, Fairway, and up to 940...ONE HOUR AND 30 MINUTES; JAMES MCMURTRY- 'Just Us Kids'; ROLLING STONES- 'Beggars Banquet'; finished JOE DEROSA on J.R.E.

Reading 'DIVORCING THE DICTATOR'

435pm: TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; more of LISA GILROY on 'WHISKEY GINGER'.

540pm: In the tub with 'DIVORCING THE DICTATOR' and listening to JOHN LURIE Playlist; JOHN MAYALL AND THE BLUES BREAKERS- 'A Hard Road'; JOHN MELLENCAMP Playlist.

Finished LISA GILROY on 'WHISKEY GINGER' and began a show with TOM SEGURA with BOBBY & ANDREW.

More 'DEPT. Q' (Netflix). I shut it down 31 minutes into episode #7. I hope there is a season #2 because this is really a well written series.

Fr 10/3/25- Brandenburgs/ Gummy

Fr 10/3/25- Brandenburgs/ Gummy  735am (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 820am (3 hits-B: Citrus Mac).  1215pm [I took 1/3 of 'VIIA' 100 mg: 33 mg total].(1-LB: Citrus Mac).  240pm (4 hits-B: Diablo's Hearse). 435pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 530pm (1-LB: Citrus Mac). 815pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse).  Up 630am: Rain was "in the area", but missed Westview and more sunny & unseasonably warm weather with temps close to 90. {No rain in a long time & it's getting crunchy}  About 730am several 'tree trimming' trucks arrived and parked just down the street. I first thought that they were for the house across the street, but it looks like the action is farther down the road. They disappeared by 10am and I think they were at the house 'with the indoor whirlpool'.  Watched 'UPGRADE' (Netflix).  A very fine 'Dystopian/ SciFi' genre film about a couple in Melbourne ("in a not too distant future") who are in their 'auto...

Tu 9/30/25- Flu Shot/ COVID/ Gummy

Tu 9/30/35- Flu Shot/ COVID/ Gummy 730am (1-LB: a mix of Diablo's & Citrus). 815am (1/2-B: Diablo's Hearse). 1255pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 1pm [I took 1/2 'DIET SMOKE]. 250pm (1/2-B: Citrus Mac). 435pm (1-LB: Citrus Mac). 535pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 810pm (1-LB: Citrus Mac).  Up 635am: Sunny & unseasonably warm with temps almost to 90. Borrowed 'HOLY COW' and 'TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH' from Hoopla to meet my quota for September. Watched 'HOLY COW' (Hoopla). A troubled teen and his young sister try to make a go of it on their farmstead dairy after their father dies. It's got a strange tone and far from an average 'coming of age' tale. Set in far eastern France near the rural villages of Pimorin and Orgelet which are about 75 miles west of Geneva, Switzerland. "83" Metascore and I would go to "91".  Watched 'BEYOND TRAINSPOTTING: The World Of Irvine Welsh' (Kanopy). An excellent profile of t...

Su 8/9/26

Su 8/9/26 820am (GB: 5/ Durban Poison). 320pm (GB: 5/ Red Congolese).  535pm (GB: 6/ Durban Poison). 830pm (GB: 6/ Red Congolese).  Up 635am: Hot & humid with temps to upper 80's and a 'Heat Advisory' is in effect. Weekly Cleaning & I tried to add 'uBlock Origin' to the upstairs PC, but it said I already have it. I rejected all ads at Accuweather and it makes the site watchable. This feature is not available at The Weather Channel. I had planned to try a visit to Pleasant Plains in the morning, but constipated so I think I'll hit it later. Watched 'CHIEF OF STATION' (Netflix). A former CIA Station Chief's wife is killed in an 'accidental' explosion and then accused of being a double agent. Hubby goes rogue to find his wife's killers. Very lame and highly forgettable; with Aaron Eckhart (Alec Baldwin was first on their list). I had planned to visit Plains earlier, but constipation is an issue. 1025am- 205pm; home by 230pm call Joe...
