Watched 'STRONGER THAN BLOOD' (Amazon Prime). On the mean streets of Bavaria a couple of teenage criminals have lofty aspirations. Although the system is clearly stacked against them, one successful lucrative & illegal deal could set them free. A trite plot, but their dreams are worth noting. One guy wants to open an auto repair shop ('Tuning?': 'Tune-Up') and the other guy aspires to be a high school physics instructor. Gritty to the extreme and only somewhat believable, yet it had 'heart'. Filmed in Wurzburg, Germany which is east of Frankfurt and west of Nuremberg.

More 'THE DEAD GIRLS' (Netflix). I shut it down 26 minutes into episode #5. This is truly an odd tale. 'Skeleton' is clearly a man, yet nobody seems to notice or care. The real 'sisters' killed over 90 and probably many more. Although, by episode #5 the body count is still under ten and that means that things must pick up in the final episode (79").

Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
