Trouble with Hoopla and Amazon Music (My Music). Later I had problems with NPR (I could get NPR but not classical music) and then IMDB. I think there is something wrong with Amazon streaming services. Not sure what's going on at NPR.
Watched 'THE DOUBLE HOUR' (Amazon Prime). An Italian security guard meets a foreign hotel worker at a 'speed dating' event and they become a couple. He is head of security at a huge mansion filled with valuables and on the day that he escorts his new girlfriend to the estate they are attacked and the mansion is robbed. The guard is shot and the bullet leaves him and strikes the woman in the head. She ends up in a coma for a few days and one of them is behind the theft and the movie keeps you guessing 'who done it'. This one was really a cut above. Filmed near Turin, Italy.

The outages continue and cause far more anxiety than necessary. It's not my system, even though this is hard for me to accept. I just learned that the Amazon outage is on the front page at CNN. The Classics on NPR is back, although it had nothing to do with Amazon. Coincidence is hard to accept, but...
Began 'THE LINCOLN LAWYER' (Netflix- season #2). I shut it down 13 minutes into episode #2. Another classy series and Mickey Haller is almost as good as Rene Ballard. I like them both.
1230pm: The widespread outage at Amazon has been going on for over eight hours globally. I've gotten back NPR Classic, but it seems a little shaky and Amazon Music is still a no go. I was going to walk outside today, but it's too windy again. I also wanted to finish 'SEPARATE CHURCH & HATE', but it's an Amazon audiobook so the site is probably down. I'll hit the treadmill with more 'THE LINCOLN LAWYER' (Netflix) because Netflix wasn't hurt by the outage. I wonder why I was able to finish 'THE DOUBLE HOUR' because that was on Amazon Prime.
105pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; more 'THE LINCOLN LAWYER' (Netflix)- The writing stands out and they understand just how to propel the story. One overarching story for the whole season and a new plot line every other episode.
Reading 'BREAD UPON THE WATERS'
4pm: I got a text that The Brandenburgs would be in the neighborhood. Joe parked out front & I caught Janny as she left the apples on the breezeway. She checked out the new recliner & talked of the security breach at Cowan Epperson.
440pm: TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; more JOE LIST on 'MOHR STORIES'.
545pm: In the tub with 'BREAD UPON THE WATERS' and listening to MOTT THE HOOPLE Playlist; MUDDY WATERS- 'Electric Mud'; MY MORNING JACKET Playlist.
Finished JOE LIST on JAY MOHR.
More 'JAUDA' (Netflix). I shut it down 17 minutes into episode #9.
