Up 645am {phone alarm}: Mostly sunny with temps to about 80.

Watched 'SOME OTHER WOMAN' (Netflix). Another film about 'Gaslighting', but this one was not very good. A woman lives with her husband in a beautiful beach house in the Cayman Islands. Someone is stalking her, or is it herself? Is everyone else in her life in on the scam? Are 'higher powers' involved? A waste of time and a big 'one thumb down'.

I played around and got a reasonable size for the Chrome email font size, but I think (according to the internet) that the Windows font size can't go below 100%. 1015am: Waiting for Christian.

Arrived a little after 1030am and left about 1145am. He assembled the recliner with no problems. $200 & worth every cent.

Oatmeal & a walk was the plan, but too tired. I'll hit the treadmill instead. Today is the 7th day of the 'Apple/ Oatmeal/ Tuna Diet' (details at Tu 10/14/25) and I still feel it's necessary.

540pm: In the tub with 'BREAD UPON THE WATERS' and listening to JOHN COLTRANE- 'A Love Supreme'; KING CRIMSON- 'Radical Action'.

Downstairs and everything is just the same....except for some reason the notepad background is black. I didn't even know this was an option. Within minutes I was able to revert to 'white' mode. I wonder why this changed? If that is the worst that happens, then I'd say this has been a seamless transition. 

More 'ARE YOU GARBAGE?'.

Began 'KLEO' (Netflix). I began the second season and shut it down 9 minutes into episode #2. Beautifully shot, but a little scattered on the plot- very watchable.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
