Up 545am [phone alarm]. Partly cloudy with temps to upper 70's.

Up 130am and tried to shit, but nada. Back to sleep & no problem when the bowels were ready to evacuate at 6am. Even so, the constipation issue seems to be on the mend. I will still consider talking to a nurse to learn if a doctor visit is necessary. Maybe get my remaining shot at the same time.  

Over an hour reading 'UNNATURAL HISTORY' and silently swearing to NEVER arrange an appointment this early again. One cup of brew & one cup instant.

Christian arrived a little after 8am and we finished by 830am. Then I left for BLH and bought a $450 (one hundred bucks less than the living room PC). They will clone the old computer and I should be able to get it today or tomorrow. I made an appointment for Christian to come back on Thursday at 1030am.

Windows 11 operates very similar to Windows 10, but just different enough to make some things confusing. I can't figure out how to put the Notepad on the desktop, but it's on the taskbar.  {Later it appears on the desktop and I'm not sure if I was responsible}

Finished 'ANGELA' (Netflix). She was able to record her husband beating her up on a laptop and the thrashing was broadcast during a school meeting to about thirty people on a Zoom call. He goes to jail and then she burns down the bar owned by her 'phantom lover'. That seemed a little over the top, but overall it was a worthwhile (soapy) series. 

1225pm: The PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill. It didn't seem like I got much sleep last night and today I am wiped out. 

***'5th day diet'- Because of the constipation or general bowel dysfunction I'm eating EXACTLY the same thing every day; One large apple/ One bowl of oatmeal, butter, salt/ One large apple/ One teacup 3/4 of Cheerios and peanuts/ tuna casserole with onions, cabbage, carrots, peppers, and noodles. I want to go for at least one week. 

***Late morning I noticed that I had missed a call from BLH. It must have been when I was in the garage. They said that they needed a password. I gave them '1949' and I know that they didn't need it. Because on the first PC I told them that I didn't know, and they said it wouldn't be a problem. 

1pm:  FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; TUESDAYS WITH STORIES;  began  'ARE YOU GARBAGE? '

I finally finished 'UNNATURAL HISTORY' & too much like AGATHA CHRISTIE. Clever Idea: photographer takes 'before & after' shots of LA homeless. First, how they looked, and then a shot of them in the costume of the profession of their dreams; Example- explorer, doctor, rock star, etc.

440pm:  TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; 'BREAKING POINTS'- Obama's fault. 

540pm:  In the tub to re-begin 'VIDA' and listening to MAHAVISHNU ORCHESTRA Playlist;  LOVE AFFAIR- 'Best of'; IKE & TINA TURNER Playlist.

Getting acclimated to Windows 11. Why is the font so big? 

More ''6IXTYNIN9' (Netflix). Her company offered her a $50,000 Thai baht separation bonus which is $1,530 usd. A cup of coffee 'American' is 80 baht which is about $2.50. I finished episode #3 and there are only six in the series. Filmed in Bangkok, Thailand and the cinematography is beautiful.
