Mo 11/3/25- Gummy: 33 mg

 Mo 11/3/25- Gummy: 33 mg

735am {I took 1/3 'VIIA' 100 mg: 33 mg total}. 740am (1-LB: a mix of Sour & Blood). 820am (4 hits-B: Sour Diesel). 130pm (1-LB: Sour Diesel). 440pm (1/2-LB: Sour Diesel). 535pm (1/2-LB: Sour Diesel). 815pm (1-LB: Sour Diesel).

Up 630am: Sunny & breezy with temps to low 60's.

Watched 'ORGAN CHILD' (Netflix). A couple's baby is stolen and the husband is framed for the murder of a nurse. After serving seventeen years for murder he returns and uncovers a plot between the hospital, the police, and the man that stole his daughter. Utterly and completely ridiculous. Maybe it was the cultural differences between China and Westview Drive; ex: The couple paper the neighborhood with head shots of their 4 month old missing daughter- "Have You Seen This Child?". Who could discern the difference between two similar children of that age? Set and filmed  in Taiwan (Formosa), Republic of China.

***Today's edible barely registered & only provided an 'edge'. Maybe it was a 'slim' 33 mg.

Constipated and took a 'gentle' laxative

More of 'TURN OF THE TIDE' (Netflix). I shut it down 19 minutes into the third episode. High drama and even higher coke hijinks.

Wrote a short chat & and I got a quick return to tell me that Jamie and Melissa have bought a big house in Pleasant Plains- 9995 Salisbury Rd, Pleasant Plains, IL 62677.

135pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; began a 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK with a female comic physically challenged; painful to watch; RYAN SICKLER on 'ARE YOU GARBAGE? '

315pm: hard compact dump; still constipated.

445pm: TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO; began a YouTube video bio of JETHRO TULL.

540pm: In the tub with 'BALLROOM OF THE SKIES' and listening to TRAFFIC- 'John Barleycorn' Deluxe; BISHOP GUNN Playlist; PAUL SIMON- 'Graceland'/ 'Rhythm Of The Saints'.

More of the bio of JETHRO TULL (1 hr. 49 mins).

More 'TURN OF THE TIDE' (Netflix). I shut it down 39 minutes into episode #4. The series is not as good as the Netflix documentary about the incident, but I'll see it through to the end.

Fr 10/3/25- Brandenburgs/ Gummy

Fr 10/3/25- Brandenburgs/ Gummy  735am (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 820am (3 hits-B: Citrus Mac).  1215pm [I took 1/3 of 'VIIA' 100 mg: 33 mg total].(1-LB: Citrus Mac).  240pm (4 hits-B: Diablo's Hearse). 435pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 530pm (1-LB: Citrus Mac). 815pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse).  Up 630am: Rain was "in the area", but missed Westview and more sunny & unseasonably warm weather with temps close to 90. {No rain in a long time & it's getting crunchy}  About 730am several 'tree trimming' trucks arrived and parked just down the street. I first thought that they were for the house across the street, but it looks like the action is farther down the road. They disappeared by 10am and I think they were at the house 'with the indoor whirlpool'.  Watched 'UPGRADE' (Netflix).  A very fine 'Dystopian/ SciFi' genre film about a couple in Melbourne ("in a not too distant future") who are in their 'auto...

Tu 9/30/25- Flu Shot/ COVID/ Gummy

Tu 9/30/35- Flu Shot/ COVID/ Gummy 730am (1-LB: a mix of Diablo's & Citrus). 815am (1/2-B: Diablo's Hearse). 1255pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 1pm [I took 1/2 'DIET SMOKE]. 250pm (1/2-B: Citrus Mac). 435pm (1-LB: Citrus Mac). 535pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 810pm (1-LB: Citrus Mac).  Up 635am: Sunny & unseasonably warm with temps almost to 90. Borrowed 'HOLY COW' and 'TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH' from Hoopla to meet my quota for September. Watched 'HOLY COW' (Hoopla). A troubled teen and his young sister try to make a go of it on their farmstead dairy after their father dies. It's got a strange tone and far from an average 'coming of age' tale. Set in far eastern France near the rural villages of Pimorin and Orgelet which are about 75 miles west of Geneva, Switzerland. "83" Metascore and I would go to "91".  Watched 'BEYOND TRAINSPOTTING: The World Of Irvine Welsh' (Kanopy). An excellent profile of t...

Su 8/9/26

Su 8/9/26 820am (GB: 5/ Durban Poison). 320pm (GB: 5/ Red Congolese).  535pm (GB: 6/ Durban Poison). 830pm (GB: 6/ Red Congolese).  Up 635am: Hot & humid with temps to upper 80's and a 'Heat Advisory' is in effect. Weekly Cleaning & I tried to add 'uBlock Origin' to the upstairs PC, but it said I already have it. I rejected all ads at Accuweather and it makes the site watchable. This feature is not available at The Weather Channel. I had planned to try a visit to Pleasant Plains in the morning, but constipated so I think I'll hit it later. Watched 'CHIEF OF STATION' (Netflix). A former CIA Station Chief's wife is killed in an 'accidental' explosion and then accused of being a double agent. Hubby goes rogue to find his wife's killers. Very lame and highly forgettable; with Aaron Eckhart (Alec Baldwin was first on their list). I had planned to visit Plains earlier, but constipation is an issue. 1025am- 205pm; home by 230pm call Joe...
