 Sa 11/1/25

720am (1-LB: Sour Diesel). 810am (4 hits-B: Sour Diesel). 1010am (1/2-LB: Sour Diesel). 1210pm (1-LB: Sour Diesel). 540pm (1-LB: Sour Diesel). 810pm (1-LB: Sour Diesel).

Up 615am: Mostly cloudy with temps only to about 50.

***My credit score according to TransUnion is '816' which is 'Excellent'- anything over 800 is exceptional.

Watched 'THE ELIXIR' (Netflix). An experimental herbal remedy for aging causes a zombie apocalypse in an Edenic setting. The film is chock full of 'The Undead' spurting blood in pulsating jets. Effectively scary, yet absolutely hilarious & I liked it.  The movie was set and filmed in the central region of the Indonesian island of Java.

More 'THE ASSET' (Netflix). I shut it down 20 minutes into episode #3. It keeps getting better and better.

1140am: PC is 'Off' and preparing for an afternoon at Planet Fitness & maybe a visit to the vitamin shoppe.

Modified Weights:  2 sets/ 15 reps; no curls

***1st time this season with jacket & lock...7.23.2

1220pm: Planet Fitness.. 45"Cross, 45"Treadmill, 30"Recumbent Bike, 30"Cross;  watched 'I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER' (Netflix)- Standard Teen Scream foolishness; with Jennifer Love Hewitt, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Ryan Phillippe, Freddie Prinze, Jr., Anne Heche. "52" Metascore and I would only go to "72"; more ANDREW SANTINO on THEO VON.

Gas at Shell: $21

Vitamin shoppe:  $66- lowered tax from $71

'Set clocks back' & and I had no idea. If I hadn't heard it randomly on the radio, I would have missed it.

Finished 'VIDA'

545pm:  In the tub to begin a biography of Carl Jung and listening to JOHN MAYALL- 'Beano'; MARCUS KING Playlist; BISHOP GUNN Playlist; BLACKBERRY SMOKE Playlist.

Watched a 20" YouTube video about Jeff 'Skunk' Baxter and then a video bio of Steely Dan.

More 'The Asset' (Netflix).

Fr 10/3/25- Brandenburgs/ Gummy

Fr 10/3/25- Brandenburgs/ Gummy  735am (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 820am (3 hits-B: Citrus Mac).  1215pm [I took 1/3 of 'VIIA' 100 mg: 33 mg total].(1-LB: Citrus Mac).  240pm (4 hits-B: Diablo's Hearse). 435pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 530pm (1-LB: Citrus Mac). 815pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse).  Up 630am: Rain was "in the area", but missed Westview and more sunny & unseasonably warm weather with temps close to 90. {No rain in a long time & it's getting crunchy}  About 730am several 'tree trimming' trucks arrived and parked just down the street. I first thought that they were for the house across the street, but it looks like the action is farther down the road. They disappeared by 10am and I think they were at the house 'with the indoor whirlpool'.  Watched 'UPGRADE' (Netflix).  A very fine 'Dystopian/ SciFi' genre film about a couple in Melbourne ("in a not too distant future") who are in their 'auto...

Tu 9/30/25- Flu Shot/ COVID/ Gummy

Tu 9/30/35- Flu Shot/ COVID/ Gummy 730am (1-LB: a mix of Diablo's & Citrus). 815am (1/2-B: Diablo's Hearse). 1255pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 1pm [I took 1/2 'DIET SMOKE]. 250pm (1/2-B: Citrus Mac). 435pm (1-LB: Citrus Mac). 535pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 810pm (1-LB: Citrus Mac).  Up 635am: Sunny & unseasonably warm with temps almost to 90. Borrowed 'HOLY COW' and 'TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH' from Hoopla to meet my quota for September. Watched 'HOLY COW' (Hoopla). A troubled teen and his young sister try to make a go of it on their farmstead dairy after their father dies. It's got a strange tone and far from an average 'coming of age' tale. Set in far eastern France near the rural villages of Pimorin and Orgelet which are about 75 miles west of Geneva, Switzerland. "83" Metascore and I would go to "91".  Watched 'BEYOND TRAINSPOTTING: The World Of Irvine Welsh' (Kanopy). An excellent profile of t...

Su 8/9/26

Su 8/9/26 820am (GB: 5/ Durban Poison). 320pm (GB: 5/ Red Congolese).  535pm (GB: 6/ Durban Poison). 830pm (GB: 6/ Red Congolese).  Up 635am: Hot & humid with temps to upper 80's and a 'Heat Advisory' is in effect. Weekly Cleaning & I tried to add 'uBlock Origin' to the upstairs PC, but it said I already have it. I rejected all ads at Accuweather and it makes the site watchable. This feature is not available at The Weather Channel. I had planned to try a visit to Pleasant Plains in the morning, but constipated so I think I'll hit it later. Watched 'CHIEF OF STATION' (Netflix). A former CIA Station Chief's wife is killed in an 'accidental' explosion and then accused of being a double agent. Hubby goes rogue to find his wife's killers. Very lame and highly forgettable; with Aaron Eckhart (Alec Baldwin was first on their list). I had planned to visit Plains earlier, but constipation is an issue. 1025am- 205pm; home by 230pm call Joe...
