***840am: Internet outage for about a minute. Cause for alarm, but not quite a panic attack. Too high for no internet,  yet a power outage would be worse. Can't walk outside because the snow is far too deep. [220pm:  6"- 8" & still snowing hard]. By dusk just frozen mist & no new accumulation. 

Watched 'VERMIGLIO' (Kanopy). This went completely over my head and it wasn't this morning's (delightful) 50mg jolt of VIIA. The film is a detailed presentation (collection?) of second hand information, rumors, and half-truths that revolve around life in a very rural Italian village at the end of WWII. "85" Metascore and I would only go to "74".  Epistolary- a novel written as a series of letters, emails, lists, diary entries, notes, etc. {This word was featured and kind of what they were going for}. 

Watched 'I SMILE BACK' (Netflix). I had seen this one before, but I had forgotten how much of a downer- 'Woe, the horrors of addiction!!!'. A affluent suburban woman with a husband and two kids goes to rehab and it doesn't take; with Sarah Silverman, Josh Charles. Filmed on Long Island near Lynbrook. "59" Metascore and I would easily go to "85".. This just popped up and I decided to change course from 'THE BEAST IN ME'...Later...

1215pm: The PC is 'Off' and 5 miles on the treadmill & I'll shovel snow & listen to 'CHAOS' around 4pm. {I shoveled, but no audiobook- just forgot}

Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home.
