We 11/5/25- Gummy: 41 mg

 We 11/5/25- Gummy: 41 mg

730am {I took 1/3 of 'DIET SMOKE' 125 mg: 41 mg total}. 735am (1-LB: Sour Diesel). 820am (3 hits-B: Blood Diamond). 945am (4 hits-B: Blood Diamond). 1225pm (a mix of Sour & Blood). 535pm (1-LB: a mix of Sour & Blood). 815pm (1-LB: a mix of Sour & Blood).

Up 630am: Sunny & breezy with temps to mid 60's.

Added leaves to fill up 'the big blue can'.

Watched 'HURRICANE SEASON' (Netflix). A gorgeous Art Film that's gripping & engaging, but a bit difficult to follow, yet in the end it all hangs together. In broad strokes, it's about the murder of an old transvestite by two local youths who were after his 'non-existent' fortune.  And includes a subplot about a very young and pregnant girl who arrives in the village with no money or contacts and nowhere to go. Filmed in the Mexican state of Tabasco, Mexico which is on the Gulf of Mexico near Guatemala & Belize.

***The additional 10 mgs made a significant impact. Nice buzz, and 'under the tongue' is now the only way to go.

Finished 'TURN OF THE TIDE' (Netflix). In the final scene the lead character has been released from prison several years later and he vows 'Revenge'. Thus leaving us the promise (hope?) that there will be a third season. I liked the Netflix documentary about the incident better than the series. 'TURN OF THE TIDE' is only a slightly above average fictional account of drug dealers doing their thing and has little to do with the tons of cocaine that washed up on an island in the Azores.

12pm: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to workout at Esporta. Maybe call the tree service when I get home. I'm thinking seriously of contracting out all of the yardwork for next year. And, 90% sure that I'll spring for a Fall clean up in a few weeks or when most of the leaves have fallen.

1240pm: To Esporta...45"Precor, 45"Treadmill, 30"Cross, 15"Recumbent Bike, 30"Precor...2 HOURS AND 45 MINUTES;  watched documentary 'THE WHITE HOUSE EFFECT' (Netflix)- Republican politicians during the 80's were all for preventing global warming until they weren't. GEORGE W was a big supporter...I had no idea; more 'THE LINCOLN LAWYER' (Netflix).

Reading 'BALLROOM OF THE SKIES'

540pm: In the tub with 'BALLROOM OF THE SKIES' and listening to JERRY GARCIA BAND Playlist; WHO- 'Who Are You' Super Deluxe; TRAFFIC- 'Smiling Phases'.

Began ADAM RAY on HARLAND WILLIAMS.

Began 'START UP, FALL DOWN, FROM BILLIONAIRE TO CONVICT' (Netflix). I shut it down 32 minutes into the second episode and I plan on finishing this three part series tomorrow morning.

When I got into bed I ordered a new Expedition Timex watch: $40. The watchband broke on the old watch and I've had it for 3 years and this time I bought a white face. Maybe it will be easier to see at night.

Fr 10/3/25- Brandenburgs/ Gummy

Fr 10/3/25- Brandenburgs/ Gummy  735am (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 820am (3 hits-B: Citrus Mac).  1215pm [I took 1/3 of 'VIIA' 100 mg: 33 mg total].(1-LB: Citrus Mac).  240pm (4 hits-B: Diablo's Hearse). 435pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 530pm (1-LB: Citrus Mac). 815pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse).  Up 630am: Rain was "in the area", but missed Westview and more sunny & unseasonably warm weather with temps close to 90. {No rain in a long time & it's getting crunchy}  About 730am several 'tree trimming' trucks arrived and parked just down the street. I first thought that they were for the house across the street, but it looks like the action is farther down the road. They disappeared by 10am and I think they were at the house 'with the indoor whirlpool'.  Watched 'UPGRADE' (Netflix).  A very fine 'Dystopian/ SciFi' genre film about a couple in Melbourne ("in a not too distant future") who are in their 'auto...

Tu 9/30/25- Flu Shot/ COVID/ Gummy

Tu 9/30/35- Flu Shot/ COVID/ Gummy 730am (1-LB: a mix of Diablo's & Citrus). 815am (1/2-B: Diablo's Hearse). 1255pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 1pm [I took 1/2 'DIET SMOKE]. 250pm (1/2-B: Citrus Mac). 435pm (1-LB: Citrus Mac). 535pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 810pm (1-LB: Citrus Mac).  Up 635am: Sunny & unseasonably warm with temps almost to 90. Borrowed 'HOLY COW' and 'TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH' from Hoopla to meet my quota for September. Watched 'HOLY COW' (Hoopla). A troubled teen and his young sister try to make a go of it on their farmstead dairy after their father dies. It's got a strange tone and far from an average 'coming of age' tale. Set in far eastern France near the rural villages of Pimorin and Orgelet which are about 75 miles west of Geneva, Switzerland. "83" Metascore and I would go to "91".  Watched 'BEYOND TRAINSPOTTING: The World Of Irvine Welsh' (Kanopy). An excellent profile of t...

Su 8/9/26

Su 8/9/26 820am (GB: 5/ Durban Poison). 320pm (GB: 5/ Red Congolese).  535pm (GB: 6/ Durban Poison). 830pm (GB: 6/ Red Congolese).  Up 635am: Hot & humid with temps to upper 80's and a 'Heat Advisory' is in effect. Weekly Cleaning & I tried to add 'uBlock Origin' to the upstairs PC, but it said I already have it. I rejected all ads at Accuweather and it makes the site watchable. This feature is not available at The Weather Channel. I had planned to try a visit to Pleasant Plains in the morning, but constipated so I think I'll hit it later. Watched 'CHIEF OF STATION' (Netflix). A former CIA Station Chief's wife is killed in an 'accidental' explosion and then accused of being a double agent. Hubby goes rogue to find his wife's killers. Very lame and highly forgettable; with Aaron Eckhart (Alec Baldwin was first on their list). I had planned to visit Plains earlier, but constipation is an issue. 1025am- 205pm; home by 230pm call Joe...
