Just after 7am: I got someone on the line from benefits and I confirmed (by phone) that I will keep the same policy as last year. The Identity Theft coverage  has been added, however I can't see anywhere online where I can compare policies. This system is as fucked as can be. I just gave up and couldn't take it anymore. I will receive 'paper' confirmation when the enrollment is processed at the end of the month. I didn't delve into dental insurance, but all I can hope is that it works like it did last year. 

Watched 'CAUGHT STEALING' (Netflix). Set in Lower Manhattan during the late 90's and concerns a bartender who cat-sits (cat's named 'Buddy') for a neighbor and he gets drawn into a deadly conflict with the mob and a crooked female detective. The punk rock cat owner had the key unlock a storage unit containing  $4 million; with Austin Butler, Regina King, Zoe Kravitz, Griffin Dunne. Directed by Darren Aronofsky from a novel by Charlie Huston. "65" Metascore and I would go to "78". SLANT MAGAZINE- "The story’s boilerplate setup gets a noticeable lift thanks to Darren Aronofsky’s style and focus." Black & White Cookie- one side is chocolate and the other is vanilla. Two equal halves with a cake-like consistency & 'famous' in NYC.

Finished 'SEAN COMBS: THE RECKONING' (Netflix). This guy must have ties to Trump. They are birds of a feather & cut from the very same cloth. 

1215pm: The PC is 'Off' and preparing for an afternoon at Planet Fitness.

I watched about twenty minutes of  BOBBY LEE and ANDREW SANTINO on 'NO BAD LIES'- they went 'goofy golfing' in a London gaming shop.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
