650am {I took 1/3 'DIET SMOKE' 200 mg: 66 mg total}. 655am (attempted to use the new vape but I can't get any 'clouds of vapor'. The 'draw' is not working and probably has to do with incorrect packing of the bowl...7am: 2 hits of the disposable vape). 750am (4 hits-B: Sour Diesel). 935am (1/2-B: Sour Diesel).  1215pm [dry herb several hits. I was inhaling too hard. Easy does it].

2pm (4 hits dry herb vape). 320pm (4 hits dry herb vaporizer). 550pm (4 hits dry herb vape). 540pm (5 hits dry herb vape). 815pm {Dry herb vaporizer with about the same amount as I would put in a bong bowl....works fine}. 

Up 545am: Sunny to partly cloudy with temps to low 40's. It's going to be a sloppy mess on the streets. It's been so cold that most of the secondary roads are still snow packed. {Westview is still snow packed: 7am Wednesday} 

Watched 'SHE WALKS IN DARKNESS' (Netflix).  A rookie female cop infiltrates a Basque terrorist cell by becoming a driver for the group. A large quantity of weapons and explosives were confiscated when police stormed their safe houses; based on actual events.  Set in San Sebastian, Spain- in the heart of Basque Country; east of Bilbao and west of Pamplona very near the French border; early 1990's.

***Now I'm not sure that I'm supposed to get smoke with a conductive dry herb vape. It seems like I get high off of the fumes or is it just a golden example of the placebo effect? [Suck less hard was the solution]

Began 'THE TOWN' (Netflix). I shut it down 23 minutes into episode #3. A half dozen friends find $12,000,000 usd ($10 million euros) in a wrecked car driven by a couple of mobsters that drove off the road. Both hoods were killed but how long can the friends keep their new found wealth a secret? GREAT IDEA: Remove one of the bodies from the scene and they will think that the missing man took off with the money. I'll be back with this one tonight.  

12pm: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do FIVE MILES on the treadmill and then do the grocery shopping at County Market; all the groceries, beer, & soda.

1220pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT;  TUESDAYS WITH STORIES.

Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
