620am (GB: 5 rips/ Penny Lane Sativa). 720am (4 hits-B: Sour Diesel). 820am {1/2 'VIIA' 100 mg: 50 mg total}. 850am (GB: 4 rips/ Sour Diesel). 1045am (4 hits-B: Penny Lane Sativa). 1255pm (GB: 5 rips/ Penny Lane Sativa). 435pm (GB: 6 rips/ Penny Lane Sativa). 530pm (GB: 6 rips/ Sour Diesel). 820pm (GB: 6 rips/ Sour Diesel).
Up 5am: Partly cloudy and extremely cold with a high today of only 5 degrees. {It was one degree at 11am}. The forecasts are not sure how much snow we'll get this weekend, but it should be several inches. This winter storm extends from New Mexico to Maine.
I checked Hoopla for foreign films (no comprehensive list) and noticed a 'binge pass' to Fandor. I can watch Fandor for one week through Hoopla.
***820am: Popped half of a 100 mg VIIA 'Day Drift' to provide a foundation for the flower...
Watched 'MEADOWLAND' (Fandor). It's not so much about the disappearance of a child, but more about how 'not knowing' emotionally devastated the parents and family who are left behind. Mom and Dad unravel in different ways because the emotional overload hits them in different ways. The film is attempting to show unimaginable grief and loss separate from the incident. It's not about finding a kidnapper, but how the affected characters cope with the loss; with Olivia Wilde, Luke Wilson, Giovanni Ribisi, John Leguizamo, Kevin Corrigan, Elizabeth Moss, Juno Temple. "67" Metascore and I would go to "84". Weird Ending: The mom is a teacher and she takes an autistic boy on a drive from the school. She might even be trying to kidnap him, but they spot an elephant at a roadside menagerie (in New Jersey?) and stop to pet the animal because the boy loves elephants.
Watched 'LITTLEROCK' (Fandor). The brother and sister are stranded with car problems near Devil's Punchbowl, California which is on the edge of Los Angeles National Forest and approximately 80 miles north of Los Angeles. The girl and guy are going to Manzanar National Historic Site which was one of the ten American concentration camps where over 120,000 Japanese Americans were incarcerated during WWII. Located on the edge of Sequoia National Park and just 10 miles north of Lone Pine, California. "66" Metascore and I would go to 81".
1020am: I got a robocall from Walgreens allowing me to refill the Tamsulosin order and they'll notify me when it's ready. Not sure if robot calls are a good idea.
Began 'LOUDER THAN YOU THINK: LO-FI HISTORY GARY YOUNG & PAVEMENT' (Fandor). I watched 50 minutes and shut it down with 40 minutes remaining. I thought I was familiar with PAVEMENT, but I never realized that they had a crazy drummer that was twenty years older than they were.
1215pm: The PC is 'Off' and preparing for 5 miles on the treadmill.
1pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; 50" YouTube video about Capitalism & The Cannabis Industry.
Reading 'THE 6:20 MAN'
440pm: TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; audiobook 'MONEY LIES AND GOD.
535pm: In the tub with 'THE 6:20' and listening to GRATEFUL DEAD- 'Go To Heaven'/ 'Celebrating Jerry Garcia'/ 'The Music Never Stops'.
***Watching national warnings about this weekend's snowstorm. In parts of Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee, Louisiana are expecting an inch of ice and extreme cold. The presenter was saying he had never seen anything like this. These areas should prepare for power outages lasting from a couple of days to weeks.
More of PAUL RUDD on 'TYSO'.
More 'INSPECTOR ROJAS' (Amazon Prime). I watched almost half of episode #7 and there is about an hour and fifteen minutes left in the series and I could finish it tomorrow morning.
