730am {the other 1/2 of DiamondCBD from yesterday: 75 mg total. According to the percentages listed on the package it looks like the bulk of the active ingredients are Delta 8 and that is the weakest of the lot}. 735am (GB: 7 rips/ 1st time 'Penny Lane's Sativa'}. 840am (1/2-B: Sour Diesel). 1005am (GB: 2 fierce rips/ Penny Lane...very nice Sativa & I am pleasantly surprised). 1230pm (GB: 7 rips/ Penny Lane Sativa). 535pm (GB: 6 rips/ Sour Diesel). 810pm (GB: 6 rips/ Sour Diesel).
Up 650am: Cloudy, Frigid, & breezy with temps to mid 20's.

***The new variety of gummy is very smooth & embracing; although 75 mg Diamond DBD, 50 mg VIIA, 66 mg Diet Smoke. Still potent, but noticeably less anxiety and really adds a grounding effect to the effects of the smoked flower. Feels 'solid'.
Watched 'THE LESSON' (Netflix). An aspiring young writer takes a job as a tutor for the son 'of the most influential novelist of the world'. The author is an insufferable and narcissistic emotional bully and the family is emotionally reeling from the suicide of their other son. Very clever and pithy exchanges and Richard E. Grant steals the show; also with Julie Delphy, Daryl McCormack. After the writer is questioned about the death of his son..."When your child commits suicide you are compelled to the unthinkable...to grieve the child, is to grieve the killer". "62" Metascore and I would go to "84".
Finished 'LET THE DEVIL IN' (Amazon Prime). Credulous nitwits are convinced that 'it was da devil' because a god fearing and intact nuclear family could never produce such a violent and bloodthirsty killer. I think it happens all the time, except in this case, the kid wrote a clever 'pact with the devil'. If the note had blamed his parents, nobody would have given it a second thought.
1205pm: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to visit Planet Fitness and then hit Schnucks for apples and CVS for laxatives. I've been to Schnucks a hundred times, but I've never been to the CVS located in the same strip mall. I noticed it this morning when I Googled 'closest CVS to me'. {After Planet Fitness I actually drove around the parking lot looking for the CVS 'on the western edge of the property' and then I remembered that the drugstore is inside Schnucks}
1240pm: To Planet Fitness...45"Cross, 45"Treadmill, 15"Recumbent Bike, 30"Treadmill, 30"Cross...TWO HOURS AND 45 MINUTES; watched 'AMISH STUD' (Netflix)- Amish Romeo suggests to several girlfriends that his wife needs killing. One woman takes the bait. It's a mediocre presentation of a novel idea; began a random 'ARE YOU GARBAGE?'; YouTube video 'Acid Days'- Beatles 1967.
355pm: To Schnucks- laxatives & apples: $9.00
Reading 'STRANGER IN A STRANGE LAND'
540pm: In the tub with 'STRANGER IN A STRANGE LAND' and listening to LESLIE WEST Playlist; LIBERTINES-Playlist.
Finished 'ARE YOU GARBAGE'-Hostile Takeover.
***915pm; Weights: 3 set/ 15 reps (dumbbell lite)
More 'HIGH TOWN' (Netflix). I'll be able to finish the series tomorrow morning. I've really formed an attachment to the characters and I'm going to miss them. All of them are damaged, yet still kicking.
