Up 815am: Partly cloudy with temps to low 50's and a wind advisory with gusts of 40 mph.

Last night I was able to eat a two egg omelet and part of a can of Progresso chicken noodle soup. I had planned to hit the urgent care on Koke Mill first thing this morning, but constipation is an issue. The plan is for coffee and a movie and see what develops.

Finished a short video by Rick Beato about the expense of recording studios and the new digital equipment that developed during the early 2000's.

Began a Spanish series shot in the Dominican Republic; 'THAT NIGHT' (Netflix). 

Shortly before 11am I had a bowel movement. It felt like just a few 'pebbles', but I was surprised to see a normal amount. Although the lab is open during the weekends, I'm going to head out and get this behind me.  

1140am- 1220pm: To Koke Mill & back. I thought that the lab was at the other end of the building but it's same place that I get treatment. 

1230pm- 115pm:  When I got home I tried to pay the outstanding bill, but they said my insurance was 'not valid' [a $600 bill). I called UnitedHealthcare and they said that Memorial 'gave me a cash discount' (?) because they didn't believe I had insurance. My plan is valid and I called back to get a valid card for 2026. My ID number doesn't change so I still don't know why it was denied.  The new card should be here in 14 days and any new claims should be accepted. If there is a problem on Wednesday Memorial should contact UnitedHealthcare. 

A big load off of my mind & I'm going to hit the treadmill to drain off some anxiety. 

135pm: Treadmill...ONE HOUR AND 15 MINUTES approx. 3.45 miles at 3.5 pace. Listened to RICK BEATO with a famous record mixer.

After the walk I ate a fried egg on a slice of sourdough toast with cheese & a handful of pretzels. The appetite is coming back.

Began 'MANY MANSIONS- THE EGAR CAYCE STORY ON REINCARNATION'.

540pm: In the tub with 'MANY MANSIONS' and listening to JOE BONAMASSA Playlist;  AC/ DC- 'Back In Black'.

Watched random YouTube videos and 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK'.

 More 'THAT NIGHT' (Netflix). I shut it down 6 minutes into episode #4. It's got strikingly beautiful women in high fashion at unbelievable locations and an interesting situation if a bit hard to believe. I'm only about 70% into it.
