Up 7am {Restless night}. Lungs are very congested and Mucinex is different and doesn't work as well. This is the worst I have felt in ages. The capsules are full of cough syrup? 

Watched 'HOTEL MUMBAI' (Netflix). The 2008 Mumbai attacks were a series of 12 coordinated missions lasting almost four days and the siege killed 175 people and injured over 300 others. The siege of the hotel lasted nearly 60 hours. It's a terrifying film and many lead characters are killed off which is unexpected. The Taj Mahal Palace Hotel; 11/26-29/2008. "62" Metascore and I would go to "78". 

Watched the mini-series 'THE UNSOLVED MURDER OF BEVERLY LYNN SMITH' (Amazon Prime). Another 'Mr. Big' case that ruins a guy's life with a false confession. In 1974 a woman was shot in the head and there are no suspects. Years later the police enter this guy's life and pose as criminals and get a guy to confess to the unsolved case. In Canada it seems that police can lie or do anything that gets them a confession. Glad it isn't legal in the US.   

Today I am really feeling bad. It's almost 4pm and I don't know how far I'll get on the treadmill. I'm really wiped out. 

345pm: The PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill. 

415pm: slow walking; 3 miles at 3.6 pace & watched JOE LIST on 'ARE YOU GARBAGE? '

545pm: In the tub with 'SUICIDE BLONDE' and listening to DAVE HOLLAND QUARTET- 'Conference Of The Birds'; EARTH WIND & FIRE Playlist; FREE- 'Bonus Cuts'; ALLMAN BROTHERS- 'Live Beacon 1992'.

***Too sick to even hit the bong. Antihistamines and THC provide a strange mix of feelings and impressions. 

Watched an hour YouTube video about ALLEN WOODY and a 20" YouTube video about JERRY GARCIA, his four wives, and four daughters; watched a couple of 'BREAKING POINTS'.

Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home.
