***Cleaned the GB with the new 'bottle' brushes that I ordered from Amazon. Only somewhat effective, but definitely made a difference. 

Watched 'HUMINT' (Netflix). I lost the thread of the plot almost immediately, but in very general terms, it's about a human trafficking operation involving North Korean agents kidnapping Korean women and selling them to a Russian mob in Vladivostok. The Only Interesting Part Of The Film: The title is a portmanteau HUMINT: (human- intelligence) which is 'a word blending the sounds and combining the meanings of two others': incel:  (involuntary- celibate); motel: (motor- hotel); brunch: (breakfast- lunch).  Filmed in Riga, Latvia. 

 More 'SOMETHING VERY BAD IS GOING TO HAPPEN' (Netflix). I shut it down 23 minutes into episode #8. I didn't realize that #8 is the final chapter, so there's 35 minutes to finish tonight. This is a quality series, and a fresh tone mixed with a bit of sardonic humor. 

1250pm:  The PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill. The plan is to do the grocery shopping at County Market after the Five Miles. 

120pm:  FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; Finished 'SOMETHING VERY BAD IS GOING TO HAPPEN' (Netflix)- The ending was kind of a let down. I thought it was ramping up to so much more; began MARK NORMAND on HARLAND WILLIAMS.
