Watched 'THE TRUTHERS' (Netflix). A Spanish woman leaves her career in Germany and returns to her family's home when she learns that her mother has died in a fall. Her father is a conspiracy nut and soon she fears he might be somehow connected to her mother's death. Then, you begin to suspect her because she is as obsessive as her dad. The film really worked by exploring the connection between mental illness and wild conspiracy theories. The ending was ridiculous; marching people wearing white masks protesting and chanting, "Stop The Lies" & "Protect The Children. I enjoyed the film, but it could have been so much better. Mostly filmed in Asturias, Spain which is on the Bay of Biscay to the west of Bilbao; some Madrid & Berlin, Germany.

Watched 'QUEEN OF CHESS' (Netflix). Judit Polgar and her two sisters were Hungarian chess prodigies. Their father brought them up (forced?) to play & study chess 24/7. Judit went on to become the highest ranked woman in the history of chess. Her biggest victory was when she beat world champion Garry Kasparov. People thought that women were incapable of winning at chess because 'they just weren't smart enough'. A very engaging documentary about a subject that would seem to be less than riveting.

1230pm: The PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill. 

105pm: MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLAND; watched a '48 HOURS' (Netflix)- A Nazi kills a gay Jewish guy; Hate Crime': finished a 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK' with 4 other comedians; began a 'ARE YOU GARBAGE? '.

More 'SUMMER '36' (Netflix). I shut it down 7 minutes into episode #4. Reviewers agree with my take on the series. It's beautifully shot, but the characters' relationships and the plot are more than slightly confusing. They even noticed that the female leads look so much alike that it's hard to keep their storylines separate. I'm still in for more of the action.
