Up 610am: Very humid (90% at 8am) with thunderstorms predicted for later this afternoon {no rain} with temps to upper 80's.

Watched 'QORIN' (Netflix). 'Qorin' is a real thing and means 'constant companion'. It refers to a personal, spiritual double assigned to every human being from birth. One is 'good' and one is 'bad' and this conflict forms the basis for 'jihad' (The Struggle). A male teacher at an Indonesian Muslim school for girls uses the Koran to unlock the girls' 'bad selves'. The film uses Muslim theology the way 'THE EXORCIST' used Catholic beliefs about demons and Hell. Unfortunately, the film is only mildly scary or original. 

Began (on a whim) 'M3GAN 2.0' (Netflix). I shut it down 58 minutes into the first episode and I like it. A snarky attitude and clever dialogue..."If you put an AI inside a human brain, it's not gonna ride shotgun".  More of this at Planet Fitness.

1110am: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to visit Planet Fitness. I learned on AI Mode that they close at the regular time at 7pm this evening. I didn't know that they even had weekend hours. I don't know if I'll be chopping bushes out back or paying a visit to ARC.  Up in the air...

More ' THE MAN IN THE HIGH CASTLE' (Netflix). I shut   it down 22 minutes into the fifth episode. I hope PK Dick's estate got a huge chunk of change for the rights because the series has nearly nothing to do with the novel. The series is more about being in the resistance during a totalitarian reign... "If the Huns don't get ya, then the Nips will".
