Up 645am: Relief from constipation and feeling 'less blocked'. Partly sunny with temps to low 80's.

Watched 'LAZARETH' (Netflix). A tepid post apocalypse tale about a woman and her two adult orphaned nieces living in quarantine at a remote cabin (named 'Lazareth') during a deadly global pandemic. And then they let a strange  young man into their isolated world and he becomes part of 'the family'; with Ashley Judd. This has been done many times before and much better.  

930am: The PC is 'Off' and preparing for a trip to Pleasant Plains...Sitting Shiva in reverse & before the 'Passover'. 

945am- 1005am: To Pleasant Plains...When I arrived a nurse- aid, Jamie, & Joe were giving Janny a bath. It sounded painful. The bath aid, Jamie & Joe were on the case. Her bed sores are getting worse, but they are doing all they can. The aid left about 11am & Joe and I spent the time sitting & talking in the bedroom & in the kitchen area.  

225pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; watched a documentary about THE MOVE & ELO (60"); began a 'COUNTDOWN TO MURDER'.

535pm:  In the tub with 'PARABLE OF THE TALENTS' and listening to EMERSON LAKE & PALMER- 'Tarkus'; ELVIS COSTELLO- Original Album Series. 

Watched an interview with GRAHAM KAY (his brother has autism).

More 'I'M NOT AFRAID' (Netflix). The boy chained in the abandoned well was from Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico and that's east of Mexico City. A group of desperate townies decide to kidnap the son of a rich man and demand cash. They are decent folk, but they just need some dough.

A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home.
