I'm really lovin' the tattoo and there seems to be no problems with excess bleeding or any other negative issues. However, my entire right forearm is somewhat swollen, but I'm sure that is to be expected- 2 hours plus under the needle. 

Last night was a restless one- a leg cramp forced me to jump out of a deep sleep and hit the deck. It hurt so bad I almost puked, but the pain leaves almost as soon as my instep makes solid contact with the floor. No reading, but it seemed like I was awake every ninety minutes; up 645am.

Heavy showers began when I got up, and rain is forecast for most of the morning. Watched WHAT HAPPENED TO MONDAY, a Netflix production. 

Spent a half hour watching videos of 'bump stock modifications' and videos of the Vegas shooting posted on Youtube. Many clips seem to be trying to link the shooter to anti-fascists, and they seem to be designed to make you see American White Supremacists as 'the good guys'. This unsubstantiated point of view is 'true' because it backs up their beliefs- 'fake news' is that which doesn't support your point of view. Clearly, unedited news is not good for anyone, and this kind of stuff proves it. 

Watched a Netflix produced film called, WHAT HAPPENED TO MONDAY with Noomi Rapace/Willem Dafoe/Glenn Close. 2hrs and kind of a thespian romp for Noomi- she gets seven characters! Then another episode of, Time- The Kalief Browder Story.

1215pm biked to the club. 45" Walk. 3.6-3.7/0. 45" Recumbent Bike. 30" Octane. 30" Recumbent Bike. Talked to a couple of the guys about the new equipment. The 'Corvette/local health club' guy showed me some stomach and back machines downstairs. 30" Cross. Legs/Back. 30" Old Style Cross. No spa, just shower.

I watched the entire Netflix disc, DISTURBIA with Shea LaBoeuf and David Morse-  another fine film by director, D. J. Caruso. High school student on house arrest (he punched out his Spanish sister) learns that one of his neighbors is a serial killer, and he also learns that his next door neighbor is very cute.

Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
