Up 715am. About an inch of snow and it's 25 degrees and the temps are to fall all day. Single digits and below zero wind chills tomorrow. 

815am- STONE (Netflix); Edward Norton/ Robert DeNiro/ Milla Jovovich.  Prisoner tries to con his psychologist to gain release from prison by employing the sexual charms of his wife; profound existential crisis and sexual obsession. Powerful film, and I'm surprised that I've never seen or heard of it.

1115am- out to shovel the walk/ drive.

Another DEADWOOD, and a CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM.

130pm; to foot doctor on Isles. Easy to find and I had to fill out paperwork, and then I waited in an examination room until 220pm. They were surprisingly busy. Maybe MLK Birthday Holiday? He made an impression, and I learned that the order was really for both feet, but would probably work just as well with one. Dr. Stephens $150 was a quote for one foot (Your car will cost $15,000, of course, the wheels, including the steering wheel will be extra!). 
On the machines at Planet Fitness a little before 3pm. 45" Walk. 3.7/0. 45" Recumbent Bike (GLITZ/ Judge Judy). 30" Cross. 30" Bike. 45" Cross. Home to take a shower, and then another episode of THE END OF THE FXXXING WORLD, then another episode of, LOVE.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. Another episode of 'I'M DYING UP HERE', and then another 'GLOW'. 250PM- Drove to FitClub West, then after the workout to the County Market on south sixth for beer and some groceries- and a dependable can opener! We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
