Up 650am and feel great, regardless of last night's beery devastation.
Gray and twelve degrees. To mid twenties and an inch of snow is expected for late tonight.
Watching THE WAY OF THE GUN (Netflix). Blood and guns with a great script. Then, half of a Prime documentary called, THE BRAINWASHING OF MY DAD. 
1230PM- Weekly Cleaning, then the call to Elsie's. Short and sweet, and no bathroom issues. In'n'Out...At FitClub 145pm. 45" Octane (Whiskeytown). 45" Recumbent Bike. 45" Cross. 45" Bike. 30" Old Style Cross. Whirlpool. Home to finish 'Brainwashing' (Prime), and who knows what else.

 THE BRAINWASHING OF MY DAD was a well-done expose about the sociopolitical ravishes done by Fox News to whole concept of 'Truth In News'. Clinton's administration signed the bill that opened the airwaves to 'Fake News/ Fair and Balanced/ Total Bullshit'- I wonder what he was hoping to get for that concession, or was he just blindsided?

 Then an odd German doc on Prime called, THE BEACH BOYS AND SATAN. The title is quite misleading as the film is mostly about Brian Wilson's relationship with his 'muse'. Not very long, so not too in depth, but worth a look for anyone curious about the era and the Beach Boys.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
